General Policies
  • Prices, product availability, and other offers are subject to change without notice.
  • We strive to keep our Available in Stock items up-to-date, but reserve the right to make any changes without notice as orders may become back ordered or discontinued.
  • We do not guarantee the products you receive will appear exactly as they do in the images used on our website. Please keep in mind that images may vary on each computer monitor.
  • Taxes and shipping are NOT included in the prices listed. These are additional charges. Please see the shipping & taxes section. 
  • Please contact us immediately if you would like to make a change to your order after submission, but PRIOR to shipping. 
Return Policies

Please keep receipt from Celeb Baby Gear, as well as packing slip for all returns. For diapers, please wash and use only ONE diaper initially in order to ensure it is the right diaper for you and your baby; as washed diapers cannot be returned. 

Please note that In-stock items will be shipped within 1-5 business days, drop shipped, or out of stock items, can usually be received from the manufacturer from 7-14 business days .

  • All returned items must be in unused, brand new condition in the original packaging. Please do not remove tags, or other instructional items included if you wish to return the product.
  • All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase.
  • Return authorization is required in order to guarantee the fastest and most efficient return/exchange. Please email us at orders@celebbabygear.com with your return information or any concerns you may have.
  • There is a 10% Re-stocking Fee on all items that are returned. Restocking fee waived if you accept in-store credit.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of the return. For items that have "Free Shipping" if you return the item, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
  • No Returns on washed, torn or damaged items or any items that can be considered personal care, clearance items.
  • Please inspect your order well when received, and notify us immediately of any defective items.
  • We cannot send out replacement/exchange items until the original items have been received back to us and inspected. We will notify you via email when this happens.

All items received from manufacturer are inspected by Celeb Baby Gear, LLC. and we guarantee the highest in quality assurance. However, if you do receive an item, which is damaged in some way, please notify us immediately so that we can assist you in the warranty/return process.

Taxes

New Jersey residents will be required to pay the state tax of 7%. International customers will be charged brokerage/shipping fees based on the country they live in. They are responsible for all of these charges. 

Payment

Celeb  Baby Gear accepts personal cheques and money orders (cheques must clear before shipped), and as well uses , Authorize.net to process our payments.

When the registration form or a transaction form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number, chequing account information, and/or other Personal Information), that information is electronically encrypted and is protected. While on a secure page, such as the registration form or transaction forms, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer, becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.
